The YAP Soccer program is designed for your child to have fun, teach soccer fundamentals, and develop teamwork skills in a safe environment. Teams: Each team will have approximately 10 players.
Games: Teams will be tentatively scheduled to play one game per week, each Saturday, beginning September 14th. Games times will announced following the draft night on August 26, 2019, and each game will be one hour in duration.
Practice: Each team will have one practice per week, approximately 1 hour in duration, weekdays at the St. Lawrence field. After all teams have been formed, your Coach will determine the practice day / time and notify team members via email.
Experience: Previous experience is not necessary. Practices will include basic skills, teamwork drills, and game strategy. Parents are encouraged to work with their children on soccer skills they learn at practice.

As a mom with young children, I am thrilled to have a spectacular sports program for our sons that is manageable for our schedules. There is no stress, just tons of fun! I love how our kids' group of friends has grown as they play and pray together both on the field and at Church. It is a blessing to be surrounded by so many wonderful families. May God continue to richly bless YAP for generations to come!

Intramural sports is a great way for kids to put down the iPad, remote control and get outside; like we as parents used to do. There are no skill requirements needed and it will be a great experience for the parents to watch their child develop throughout the season while building lasting friendships.

I have been fortunate to have all 3 of my kids play sports in the YAP Leagues. My oldest 2 are aged out now but luckily my little girl has 4 more years left. My kids got so much out of this league when it comes to learning sports, sportsmanship and making friends. But honestly I think my wife & I have gotten just as much out of it. We have made so many new friends and really look forward to the time we spend on the fields.

This is the best league I have ever been involved in. It is amazing to see the children's progression every year. They all have fun, learn the sport and best of all learn sportsmanship!
